Habitat Windows - looking out to a bright future!
JenTekk Web Solutions is proud to introduce Habitat Windows - a mini-website.
Morris Bollana contacted me regarding a website for his family owned and locally operated (Surrey BC) company Habitat Windows. Established in 1976, Habitat had been passed down from one generation to another, and is the pride of the Bollana family.
Reknown for their beautiful craftmanship, excellent customer service and unparralled quality, Habitat Windows has a loyal following of clients - home owners and developers. With Morris’ clientelle in mine, we concluded the design needed to be clean, uncluttered and very simple.

In addition Habitat was ready for a new brand. We brainstormed over a new logo for the company, and Morris himself came up with the idea of four squares signifying four window panes - his idea got voted in unanimously!
While the project had been put on hold for reasons that were unforseeable, I am now very pleased to announce that the Habitat Windows website has finally been launched!
Congratulations Morris and Amy on your new website. It was such a pleasure working with you. I wish you and your family much success, and all the best with your upcoming marketing campaign!

Not eveyone is happy with Morris. In Dec 2007 Morris submitted an estimate to replace our windows. The down payment was paid by cheque and promptly cashed on Dec 24th. The work was to be done at the begining of Feb2008.
It is now July 04th and the work has not been done. Morris does not answer his cell or return messages left. The company phone number is being answered by a machine but the mail box is full.
I am aware of 2 other customers that have not recieved their windows either.
You hay want to reconsider the glowing comments posted above.
Thank you,
Bruce

Hi Bruce,
Hmmm… that doesn’t sound good at all. I’m sorry to hear about your situation.
The comments I made (above) are from personal knowledge, however, this does not in any way discredit your recent experience - once again I’m sorry to hear this.
My involvement with Habitat Windows sides only with Internet Marketing, so I am not actively involved with the manufacturing/traditional marketing side of the business.
I truly do hope this situation resolves itself quickly for you.

Hi Jen,
It is now July 13th and we still have not rec any response from Mr. Bollana. It is looking more and more like he has skipped and left several customers in the lurch. While he was stringing us along he said he was in Edmonton doing a large job. Although we have not been able to confirm this information we do believe it to be true. As i said before the company voicemail box is full and now so is his personal cell phone voicemail box.
Any information you may have on his current whereabouts would be appreciated. If you would care to speak with me in person you may contact me at 604-375-1388.
Regards,
Bruce
