I don’t use Artisteer and wouldn’t touch it. I have two different business models – one for the ‘I can’t pay a lot’ clients and one that want true web design and are more than willing to pay for it. I use wordpress themes for the clients who want to spend less and code a completely new design by hand for the others.

I received a letter last week from AC Shoppers Inc. Same outline as rest of you. I called and they asked me to fax them my contract and when I called today they asked me what bank I was depositing the check into. Then I decided to go online because it definitely seems to good to be true. SO GLAD I found this site! Save me one BIG headache.

I knew right off the bat is was a fraud because the address on the envelope, is different from the acct drawn on (William’s Cars Inc out of grand rapids, MI and the bank is Macatawa Bank from wyoming, MI. The hand written adress on the envelope is out of NY. Can anyone see a problem with this set up right off the bat. I’m retired law enforcement so I have gathered together some of my law enforcement friends to see what mischief we can send their way. lol

I received a letter (with no return address on the envelope) but the letter indicates AVIS (Equal Opportunity Employer) at address 510 W Parkland Drive, Sandy UT 84070, Telephone number at the top was 1-604-440-1578 and Fax # 1-877-861-6428. My assignment coordinators were Linda Thompson or Stanley Peterson at 1-6047-440-1578 for check activation.

After reading many comments on scams I discovered that the apparent assignment coordinators Linda Thompson or Stanley Peterson are both deceased. At the bottom of the first page it indicates to receive your next assignment on time to please contact Agent Morgan Finley at 1-226-345-0121 OR Agent Tito Adams at 1-778-710-2526.

I was to be paid $450 and an additional $100 from shopping at Walmart and the Western Union or Moneygram transactions in the amount of $3208.00. DO NOT CASH THE CHECK which seems to be completely valid!!!
